These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dash Cleaning LLC website, booking platform, communication channels, and cleaning referral services. By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or communicating with Dash Cleaning, you agree to these Terms.
1. Company Information
Dash Cleaning LLC (“Dash Cleaning,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a platform that connects customers with vetted independent cleaning professionals for residential cleaning services in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas.

2. Business Model
Dash Cleaning operates as a referral/platform service. Cleaning professionals referred through Dash Cleaning are independent professionals and are not employees of Dash Cleaning.
Dash Cleaning helps coordinate booking, scheduling, customer communication, and service expectations.
3. Services
Dash Cleaning may help customers book cleaning services including, but not limited to:
- Standard Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
- Recurring Cleaning
- Add-on services when available
Service availability may vary by location, cleaner availability, home condition, and requested scope of work.
4. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking, including home size, service type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition of the home, add-ons, and other details.
If the home condition or requested scope differs from what was provided during booking, the price may need to be adjusted. No price adjustment will be made without customer approval.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information
- Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property
- Securing pets if needed
- Removing excessive clutter so cleaners can access surfaces
- Providing special instructions before the appointment
- Making sure utilities such as water and electricity are available
- Notifying Dash Cleaning of hazards, special surfaces, allergies, or sensitive items
6. Supplies and Equipment
Cleaning professionals generally bring the supplies and equipment needed to complete the service. If a customer requires a specific product for a special surface or preference, the customer should provide that product and notify Dash Cleaning before the appointment.
7. Service Limitations
Cleaning professionals do not perform work that is unsafe, hazardous, outside normal residential cleaning standards, or outside the booked scope of service.
Services may exclude, unless otherwise agreed in advance:
- Heavy mold removal
- Biohazard cleanup
- Bodily fluids
- Pest or insect infestations
- Fire or smoke damage
- Heavy lifting over 30 pounds
- High areas requiring more than a small step stool
- Exterior work unless specifically booked
- Carpet shampooing
- Hoarding-level cleaning
- Construction debris removal
- Extensive organizing or decluttering
8. Appointment Access
Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If the cleaner cannot access the property, a lockout or no-access fee may apply.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule by contacting Dash Cleaning.
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is:
- 48 hours or more before appointment: no fee
- Less than 48 hours before appointment: $25 fee
- Same-day cancellation: $50 fee
- Lockout or no access: $50 fee
Dash Cleaning may waive certain fees at its discretion, including cases involving contagious illness or emergencies.
10. Payments
Customers agree to provide a valid payment method when booking. A temporary authorization or hold may be placed before the appointment to verify funds. Final payment is charged after the cleaning is completed, unless otherwise stated.
Customer is responsible for all approved charges, add-ons, fees, and service adjustments.
11. Satisfaction Guarantee
Dash Cleaning offers a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed or not completed to the customer’s reasonable satisfaction, the customer must contact Dash Cleaning within 48 hours of the completed service.
When eligible, Dash Cleaning may coordinate a return visit or correction at no additional charge. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at Dash Cleaning’s discretion.
12. SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Dash Cleaning, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your inquiries, bookings, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, customer support, and, if separately selected, marketing messages such as special offers or promotions.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [email protected] or (747) 774-7508.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Dash Cleaning does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
13. Email and Phone Communications
By contacting Dash Cleaning or booking a service, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or other communication methods for service-related purposes, including quotes, booking coordination, appointment updates, customer support, and account-related notices.
14. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be limited by time, location, availability, service type, or other conditions. Dash Cleaning may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
15. Independent Cleaning Professionals
Dash Cleaning may refer or assign independent cleaning professionals to complete services. While Dash Cleaning screens and coordinates with cleaning professionals, customers understand that cleaning professionals operate independently.
16. Damage or Claims
Customers must report any alleged damage, missing items, or service concerns as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after the appointment. Dash Cleaning may request photos, videos, documentation, or additional information to review the claim.
Dash Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly installed items, normal wear and tear, fragile items not disclosed in advance, or damage caused by customer-provided products.
17. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, booking system, forms, or communication channels. You may not attempt to interfere with website security, submit false information, or use our website for unlawful purposes.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dash Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, booking system, communications, or services.

20. Changes to These Terms
Dash Cleaning may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
